Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 6, 2026
FLWR ("we", "us") provides online booking and business management tools. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to business owners and staff who use FLWR, and to clients who book through a FLWR booking page.
Information we collect
- Account information: your name, email address, business name, and password when you create an account.
- Booking information: when a client books an appointment, we collect the name, phone number, and email they provide, along with the service, time, and price of the booking.
- Payment information: payments are processed by our payment providers. We never store full card numbers on our servers.
- Usage information: basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited, used to keep the service running and improve it.
How we use information
- To provide the service: showing schedules, processing bookings, and sending booking confirmations and reminders by SMS and email.
- To generate reports for the business, such as sales and payout summaries.
- To respond to support requests.
- To protect the service against fraud and abuse.
What we don't do
We do not sell personal information. We do not use client booking data for advertising. Client information belongs to the business it was shared with and is only visible to that business and its staff.
SMS and email messages
Clients receive booking confirmations and appointment reminders at the phone number or email they provide when booking. Reply STOP to any SMS to opt out of further messages for that business.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us run FLWR (such as hosting, SMS delivery, and payment processing), and when required by law. These providers may only use the information to provide services to us.
Data retention
We keep account and booking data for as long as the business account is active. Businesses can request deletion of their account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
Security
We use industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit, to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we encourage strong, unique passwords for your account and staff logins.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us. If you booked through a business's FLWR page, you can also contact that business directly.
Children
FLWR is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify account owners by email.
