Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of FLWR's booking and business management platform. By creating an account or booking through a FLWR page, you agree to them.

The service

FLWR provides online booking pages, staff scheduling, reminders, gift cards, promo codes, loyalty tools, and sales reporting for service businesses. We host the software; the services being booked are provided by the business, not by FLWR.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your login credentials, and those of your staff, secure. You must be legally able to enter into contracts to open a business account.

Plans and billing

• The Free plan includes all features at no monthly cost.
• On the Free plan, a 5% service and convenience fee is added to the client's total at checkout to cover hosting and support. The business is not charged this fee.
• Paid plans are billed monthly, add locations and calendars, and allow the checkout fee to be disabled in Finance Settings.
• You can cancel a paid plan at any time; it remains active until the end of the billing period. There are no setup fees or contracts.

Payments between businesses and clients

Payments for bookings are processed by third-party payment providers. Prices, deposits, rescheduling fees, cancellation policies, and refunds are set by the business. Any dispute about a service or its charge is between the client and the business, though we will assist where we reasonably can.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service: no unlawful content or activity, no sending spam through our messaging features, no attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the platform, and no misrepresenting your business.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you add, such as your business name, logo, services, and prices. You grant us the limited rights needed to display that content on your booking page and, if you claim the free website offer, on the website we build for you.

Availability

We aim to keep FLWR available around the clock but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update or modify features over time.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, after notice where reasonable.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, FLWR is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and notify account owners by email. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept them.
